Event Details:

-Doors open at 6:30PM. Feel free to bring your own food and (non-alcoholic) drink to enjoy with your team before the competitoin begins at 7:00PM. Event will end at 9:00PM.

-Only 1 person, per team, needs to register.

-At least 1 person per team must be 18 years old.

This agreement is for (your name) ________________________________ to act as Team Captain for Towamencin’s Jigsaw Jamboree Event taking place on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 7:00PM—9:00PM. This event will be held at the Towamencin Fire Hall located at 1590 Bustard Road Kulpsville, Pennsylvania. Please arrive at 6:30PM and promptly check in at registration. Parking will be available at the Fire Hall, however, remember to respect emergency personnel, as this is an active fire station.

1. Payment and Terms. A $30.00 fee will be collected per team (2 to 4 people per team). At least one person per team must be 18 years of age. Refunds only granted if the event is cancelled by Towmamencin Township due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation due to unforseen circumstances will be determined by Friday, April 4th at 12PM.

2. Staging. Towamencin Township will provide a clean and safe area for the evening. I agree to protect any and all of my valuables in or on the property. I may bring my own food, drink, pape rgoods, and utensils. I understand alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

3. Release and waiver. I further agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Towamencin Township, its employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers against any and all losses, accidents, damages, injuries, expenses, and claims resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from participating in this event.

1. Photography and publicity release. I agree to allow Towamencin Township to photograph the event before, during, and after the event is complete and to use all such photographs for reference and marketing purposes.

5. General provisions. Towamencin Township has the right to reject any team name that we feel contains lewd, salacious, racist, politically abrasive, or sexist propaganda or materials.

This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written.
