Intuitive Reiki Healing for Grief & Trauma

We will start with a beautiful meditation and visualization to reset our nervous systems and help us connect to divine energy. Following the meditation, I will do a focused Chakra healing sending loving, healing energy into each of your Chakra's. I will start at the Crown and work my way down sending high vibrational energy and healing into each location. The first pass will be an in depth healing. I will then start at your Root and return back up through the Chakra's to your crown sending any needed additional positive, warm light energy into your centers. This will be an intuitive healing, meaning I will be calling on my spirit team, your spirit team as well as the angelic realm to assist in the healing as well as bring through to me any messages meant for specific individuals as well as the group. I find that often with group healings spirit brings us together with others who have similar experiences, losses or needs so there are often messages for the collective group.
