Our team is on the frontlines between the workforce and the workplace so our solutions always take a practical real-world approach to be a catalyst for change and improvement throughout your organization.

Frontline Training Solutions was born out of a desire to serve our clients in ways beyond traditional staffing and recruitment services. Frontline Training Solutions was founded by the owners of the Grand Rapids, Michigan Express Employment Professionals office in 2022. The Grand Rapids Express office, founded in 1996, has a long history of providing training and consulting solutions to their client base. As the demand for these services continued to increase and expanded beyond West Michigan, Frontline Training Solutions was born! We remain connected to our roots at Express Employment Professionals both locally in West Michigan and throughout the country.
