Centering Prayer is a receptive method of silent prayer which can deepen our relationship with God, the Indwelling Presence-- a prayer in which we can experience God's presence within us, closer than breathing, closer than thinking, closer than consciousness itself. There will be presentations and practices at this introductory class.

This class is led by Rev. Dr. Chaplain, I. Teresa Ko-Davis. D.Min, STM. M.Div and Rev. Dr. Chaplain Richard Davis, Ph.D, both serve as a volunteer chaplains at the Albany Medical Center and co-priests for the Holy Cross Universal Church/Humanitarian Outreach ministering to refugees, immigrants, asylum seekers and students.
