Inner Child Dance Alchemy

Come dance and let your inner child come out to play at the BEAUTIFUL and Vibey Solstice Style and Stretch thrift shop and yoga/dance studio in commUNITY!

What the heck is Dance Alchemy?

Dance Alchemy is an ecstatic dance fusion and unique somatic healing movement modality to unleash the dancer within, express your truth and embody your full expression. We will connect to the 5 elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether) to support us in this powerful, expansive and beautiful dance medicine journey.

🖍️We will begin by getting in touch with our inner child through writing them a letter together.

🛝 We will dance through the elemental nature of Dance Alchemy, allowing our inner child to come out to play, throw a tantrum, do whatever they need to do feel seen and present.

🧚🏻‍♀️We will integrate together after and share, if you feel called, what came up for you and your inner child, with the option to hangout and shop after!

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water, an open mind and open heart!

There will be an altar with all of the elements placed on it, and you are invited to bring a picture of younger you to place on it!

This event is donation based starting at 15$-33$.

Doors will be locked at 710pm to protect the sacred space so please be 5-10 minutes early to respect everyone's time 😎

Parking is free street parking in a quiet neighborhood.
