The Mayor’s Office of Contract Services (MOCS) and the Regional Alliance for Small Contractors invite you to attend our FREE in-person Office Hours.

The MOCS Team can help you with the PASSPort issues/topics below:

• Get "Filed" in PASSPort
• Add or edit commodity codes
• Using PASSPort Vault
• Completing contract registration tasks
• Adding subcontractors
• Budget setup
• Invoice submission

Important Information

• This is an in-person event in Midtown Manhattan near Port Authority Bus Terminal.

• Advanced registration is required for a guaranteed appointment. Walk-ins are welcome on a first come, first serve basis.
• Appointments are 20 minutes each.
• Please be considerate to others and only register for 1 appointment.
• A laptop will be provided. Please bring your PASSPort login credentials to the session.

How to find us within the Port Authority Bus Terminal
Someone from the MOCS team will be at the 8th Ave and 42nd Street Entrance (near Carlo's Bakery) to guide you. Look for the blue polo!

Option 1: Take the Stairs

- Use the 8th Avenue and 42nd Street Entrance near Carlo's Bakery.
- Take the stairs on the left and go to Level 2.
- Turn right at the gates (They're open we promise!).
- The Regional Alliance office is on the right.

Option 2: Use the Escalator
- Use the 8th Avenue and 42nd Street Entrance near Carlo's Bakery.
- Enter the doors and turn left at the Information Booth
- Use the escalators on the right.
- Turn around to PNC Bank and turn left toward the gates.
- Regional Alliance offices are beyond the gates.

Option 3: Use the Elevator
- Use the 8th Avenue and 42nd Street Entrance near Carlo's Bakery.
- Go past the information booth and follow signs to the elevators.
- Exit the elevators and turn left.
- Turn left at the next hallway near Hudson News
- Walk straight until you see PNC bank, then turn left toward the gates.
- Regional Alliance offices are beyond the gates.

Important Information
1. Please arrive 10- 15 minutes before the workshop begins to allow enough time for check-in.
2. We recommend bringing a laptop so you can log into PASSPort and follow along during the workshop.
