Rumor has it that Cavatelli dates back to Emperor Federico II in the 13th century, making it Italy's oldest pasta.
In this hands-on class, you will learn how easy and fun it is to prepare fresh cavatelli from scratch. First you will make the pasta dough, then knead, roll, and form the cavatelli. You will pair your pasta with a delicious and bright pesto sauce. So come on out, have fun, and learn the art of cavatelli making!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class. Guests are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, or champagne).

Guest requirement
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Upon arrival, please do not enter the building. The Chef will meet all guests at check in time at the building entrance to allow access. Please note that late arrivals will not be admitted and the door will close 5 minutes after the class start time. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.
