Frequently asked questions

Does the ticket cover both events?

Yes! The 3-hour workshop is split into two 90-minute sessions on consecutive Sundays. The week in between gives you space to practice what you learn, and share your insights.

Do you have "take-away" resources for me?

Again, Yes! You get seven reusable "practice" tools--and six stories and insights from other folks like you.

Will I learn how to quit "saying the wrong thing?"

The coaching is for & about YOU, not your loved one. The workshop helps you, regardless of what your loved one does, or what happens to your relationship. Our goal is not changing, fixing, or trying to change the eating disorder-- or its characteristics.
