Come together for an evening of visual art inspiring the spoken-word at Kemper Museum. Join noted poets, José Faus, Glenn North and Huascar Medina as they respond to Lucia Vidales: Hambre through a series of site-specific poetry.

In addition, attendees will be invited to participate in a renga, also known as a linked poem consisting of joined voices.

The In Community programming series will provide a variety of entry points and opportunities to gather at the museum and explore music, spoken word and storytelling, art-making and food tied to Kemper Museum’s latest Atrium project: Lucia Vidales: Hambre.
