The Community has a discounted room block available at the hotel. Rates are guaranteed until the cutoff date May 22, 2025 or until all the contracted rooms are booked.
Attendees are responsible for booking their own reservations via the options listed below:

Discounted Government Rate rooms are also available for attendees and can be booked by using this link to the Government Block or by calling the hotel.Government ID required at checkin.
Individuals must identify themselves as being with the group, CHOLearning Conference, at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the special group rate.

Yes, the hotel will charge a parking fee. Please contact the hotel for current rates.
No, a full refund is not available after purchase. Eventbrite charges non-refundable fees. Read each ticket description to understand the refund policy. Our contract with the hotel requires us to lock in the number of attendees, to guarantee event space and banquet services.
Conference meals; breakfast and lunch is provided to ticket holders, for the specified event date. If attendees bring a guest they are welcome to purchase a Guest Meal Pass ticket, that covers 3-days Tuesday-Thursday.
The Evening Reception is Tuesday 6/17/25m 6pm - 8:30pm. All ticket holders and their guests are invited to join us. The evening will include an awards ceremony, dinner, and games.
