This event is all about celebrating the strength and resilience of women, and helping you tap into your full potential. There will be an Award Ceremony, Guest Poet, Guest Panelists/Speaker, Prizes and Refreshments will be served. A special vendor will be onsite.

Ameil Sloley: Adjunct faculty member in the School of Business Accounting & IT for 18 years at Monroe University. Formerly, Ameil was the Director of Human Resources of World Wide Group/Monarch Equity LLC, where she was an integral part of the company’s core team that focused on acquisitions, development, venture capital investments and charitable/political endeavors. Prior to Monarch, she was employed at Trilogy Sportswear/North Bay Apparel in the Menswear Manufacturing industry, as a Senior Executive Assistant/Assistant Salesperson. For 8.5 years, she worked intricately with designers, importers, distributors and manufacturers, gaining tremendous insight and experience in the industry. She served as a liaison between the warehouse and factories in the Orient and coordinated all arrangements for MAGIC, the Men’s Convention in Los Angeles; which is a biannual event and where companies present their new line to all the major outlets, retailers etc. Ameil is an avid reader, adventurer, Toastmaster and a published author.


Avalaura Gaither: Internationally acclaimed Intuitive Consultant and Transformational Celebrity Life Coach with an unwavering passion for empowering leaders and high achievers to manifest their boldest dreams. She offers a holistic approach, transforming lives, relationships, and businesses. Avalaura has spoken at sold-out retreats and for notable organizations over the last 19 years, blending her expertise as a Licensed Social Worker, Reiki Master/Teacher, Life Coach, TV Personality and Holistic Mental Health Expert. Charles E. Cox: A Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R., Clinical Supervisor, Public Speaker, and Mental Health Educator with over 25 years of experience in social work, with expertise in behavioral health, trauma, ADHD, perinatal mood disorders, anger management and crisis intervention. He is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. As the owner of Cox Clinical Social Work Services P.C., Charles provides individual, couples, and anger management therapy. Charles’s passion for mental health education, has led him to serve as an Adjunct Professor at Queens College, where he designed and taught the course “Careers in Mental Health,” helping students explore career paths in social work, counseling, and psychology. He also works as a trainer and facilitator at Rutgers University, leading workshops on substance abuse, time management, conflict resolution, and mental health best practices. She empowers women to heal, reclaim their dreams, and lead fulfilling lives through storytelling, social-emotional learning, and self-development practices. Danielle Medina - CEO of Fit N Play Mama LLC. Danielle guides businesses and families to live a more playful, joyful and healthy life. Kaee Jackson: CEO & Founder of The Bluuprint 2 Survival LLC. Kaee Jackson entered the medical field right after high school, dedicating 12 years to roles as a Medical Assistant, Patient Registrar, and Coordinator while earning an Associate degree in Human Services. With 20 years of exceptional customer service experience, she later transitioned into Human Resources after the pandemic. Nonetheless, public speaking remained her true passion. She began speaking at nonprofit organizations, empowering women and families in shelters with workshops on personal and professional growth. Through, “The Bluuprint 2 Survival LLC,” Kaee helps individuals find solutions to everyday challenges, guiding them toward self-sufficiency and success. As a proud mother of an 18-year-old soon-to-be graduate, she continues to inspire others while embracing every step of her journey—alongside her beloved cat, Chicken.


Karessa Johnson: Passionate speaker and published author dedicated to empowering women, who have survived traumatic experiences. Karessa equips women with the tools to overcome fear, unforgiveness, break cycles of unhealed trauma and embrace a future filled with hope and confidence. Whether speaking at conferences, workshops or intimate gatherings, Karessa delivers a powerful message of courage, faith and renewal; reminding every woman that she is more than her past - she is a survivor, a warrior and a beacon of strength. Dr. Nadine S. James: A brilliant PhD scientist, trained at the first Cancer treatment facility in the USA, Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. She received her Doctorate in Biophysics. Dr. Nadine also holds a Masters Degrees in Medicinal Chemistry from SUNY at Buffalo University and a Clinical Research Administration from George Washington University in Washington, DC. Her Bachelors Degree is in Chemistry. Dr. Nadine founded and runs the non-profit organization, IlluminXation Inc. Dr. Nadine and her team Illuminate the minds of the next generation of marginalized and underserved students in Kindergarten through 12th (K - 12) grade. They accomplish this by providing Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM) based tutoring, test preparation, mentorship, related services and programs. Her organization has collaborated with healthcare personnel, researchers, community leaders, parents, and the New York State Education Department, to establish and implement curricula for the “Human Body Exhibit” and “Cancer Smancer,” programs. Her motto is, “ You can discover your BRILLANCE / GENIUS at any age, from anyone at anytime.”

Racquel Chariah (Winner): CEO and Founder of Let Your Light So Shine. Racquel empowers organizations to reach their full potential. Molly Creese: CEO of We Women Elevate Non-Profit organization, Career Development Coach, Speaker and Podcaster. She helps young women and professionals realize, recognize and articulate their value, as well as secure a seat at the table. Molly has worked with NY Black MBA Chapter, Monroe College, Long Island University, NYC Department of Education, Fordham University and the University of the West Indies (UWI).


Mss. Francois: Dynamic entertainer, humorous keynote speaker, coach and best selling author. Mss. Francois is the founder of Thriving Goddesses, a TEDx Speaker and Toastmasters award winner. She hosts The Mss. Francois and Caribbean Brilliance talk shows. She is a performer of Sold-Out-Shows, an advocate for women and financial literacy. She has been seen on: Google, Woman Woman Network, Boston Herald, ABC, NBC and other programs.


Gail Lewis: Adjunct professor, Chair to a Better Jamaica, a member of the National Association of University Women and a host of numerous shows. Some of these shows include: Caribbean Classroom and QPTV's Communication Corner. Gail has promoted activities designed to promote activities and the arts to undeserved Jamaica, Queens. She is also a decorated Toastmasters winner.
