Just eat healthier food. It sounds so easy, until you’re driving by your favorite food spot, feeling too tired to cook, or at home with nothing standing between you and a whole pie or pizza. In this workshop, we’ll discuss ways to overcome old habits, so we can stick with healthy eating each day.

Learn how to:

  • Make provisions to avoids cravings.
  • Stop emotional eating now before it starts.
  • Be prepared for the grocery store.
  • Enjoy easy healthy meals at home.
  • Eat healthy meals outside of the home.

We’ll meet via Zoom so that everyone can attend from the comfort of their own home. The zoom link will be sent with your ticket.

This gathering is designed to help you eat healthier and enjoy a better quality of life.
