It doesn’t feel natural to drive out of the way to the gym, or to get up early and run around in circles. So, we find ourselves fighting ourselves to exercise and stay active. Thankfully, there are fitness habits that feel more natural that we can truly look forward to. In this workshop, I’ll share fitness habits that can help you stay very active while enjoying every minute of it.

Learn how to:

  • Find a better time to exercise.
  • Minimize the need for willpower.
  • Enjoy cardio exercise.
  • Look forward to toning exercise.
  • Have equipment that’s convenient and available.

We’ll meet via Zoom so that everyone can attend from the comfort of their own home. The zoom link will be sent with your ticket.

This gathering is designed to help you improve your fitness and enjoy a better quality of life.
