About this event

From serendipitous beginnings to becoming a fixture on festival stages across the U.S., House of Hamill is a band that thrives on unexpected magic and undeniable chemistry.

What started as a chance collaboration between Rose Baldino (Burning Bridget Cleary) and Brian Buchanan (Enter the Haggis) has blossomed into a powerhouse trio with Caroline Browning on bass, delivering soaring harmonies, masterful musicianship, and electrifying energy. Their performances seamlessly blend original jigs and reels, reimagined folk ballads, and crowd-favorite covers, all wrapped in an engaging stage presence that makes every show a joyous occasion.

And, they continue to make waves in the folk music world, earning Grand Prize honors in the 2024 John Lennon Songwriting Contest for their original song Banks of the Brandywine. Their all violin cover of Sweet Child O’ Mine has captivated audiences worldwide, amassing over 16 million views and 400,000 shares on Facebook. Their latest album, Wildfire, marks their most compelling work yet, featuring dynamic songwriting, intricate arrangements, and irresistible hooks that capture the vibrant energy of their live performances.

Whether they’re ripping through a fiery set, captivating with their harmonies, or making audiences laugh with road stories, House of Hamill delivers an unforgettable live experience.
