Is there parking? Where is the parking?

Yes, Parking are near your rented cabin or in designated parking areas.

Is smoking allowed?

The resort is strictly a no smoking property.

Pet allowed?

For reservations, Pets are allowed in specific cabins which is cabin 4 and 32 with pet fee of $75.

What documents do I need to check-in/purchase membership?

Please bring a valid ID and the credit card for booking or purchasing a membership when checking in. Proof of ticket is required for events tickets purchased in EventBrite.

What if I'm arriving late?

For Check-ins, if you're arriving late, please inform us in advance to make arrangements for a smooth check-in process. Or you can call our customer service hotline at 704-588-1467 from 8 AM - 12 midnight.

Can I rent a boat/kayak?

- A license may be required to rent a boat, depending on local regulations. Please check with our staff for specific requirements. Rental RATES $350 for half day (4 hours) $600 whole day (8 hours) - For Kayaks, available for rent at $25 per person for 2 hours, life jacket included

Can I bring my own boat?

Yes, you can bring your own boat. It will $50 daily rent for wet slip.

Can I fish without a license?

Fishing without a license may be allowed in certain areas. Please inquire with our staff for more information.

Do you have a restaurant? Is food available?

No, we have a snack shack where we offer a varieties of snacks like ice creams, chips, candies, cookie bars, etc. We also sell ice and charcoal.

Is this event open to the public?
