We’ll explore the differences between cultured cream and fresh cream, and you’ll learn how to churn butter electric mixers, crank churns and hand shaken jars. Once the butter is made, you’ll wash, pat, and even experiment with making flavoured butter. Expect to leave with your own freshly made butter and buttermilk, ready to impress friends and family.
