Heavy Cream. Salt. And bit of magic is all you’ll need for this beginner butter making course. During this workshop, you'll discover the secrets behind making perfect butter. We’ll explore the differences between cultured cream and fresh cream, and you’ll learn how to churn butter electric mixers, crank churns and hand shaken jars. Once the butter is made, you’ll wash, pat, and even experiment with making flavoured butter. Expect to leave with your own freshly made butter and buttermilk, ready to impress friends and family.

Please join Eliza Bourdeau, owner of SunStone Orchard & Rabbitry, who has been making her own home dairy over the last 15 years. She recently over the last year has been making 10-25lbs of butter a week from her own Jersey cows.
