Can I purchase a ticket if I don't have a PayPal account?

Accepted Answer

At the payment screen, enter your PayPal info. You can either log in to pay with your PayPal account or choose "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to complete the purchase without a PayPal account.

Is there an age limit to participate

Accepted Answer

Our age limit is 10+, kids under 18 need parental permission via the onsite waiver and must be accompanied by a guardian. Age verification and permission checks are completed at the Ikonic Glass tent. All sales are final; no refunds are issued for those who don't meet age or permission criteria.

Do I need to sign a Waiver?

All participants and/or guardians will be required to sign a Waiver and Release of All Claims form provided by Ikonic Glass onsite to participate.

Question 4

Can I take my ornament home right away?

Accepted Answer

Your ornament needs about 20 minutes to cool before you can take it home. Feel free to explore the market while you wait. Once it has fully cooled, you can take it home the same day!

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Accepted Answer

Tickets will be sold at the door unless the event is sold out. If you are buying tickets at the event, we will only accept credit cards (cost of the ticket(s) plus a 3.5% convenience fee and Eventbrite fees) at the time of sale.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to the event?

Accepted Answer

This event is located at RiverEdge Park, 360 North Broadway in Aurora, IL and is accessible to visitors from all over, including arrival by car, train, taxi, etc. To learn more about parking visit the Christkindlmarket Aurora Parking Page.

Tickets are non-transferrable. All ticket purchases are final.

This event will take place rain or shine. This event takes place outdoor under a canopy, we recommend dressing for the weather.
