Join George Garland and Kennedi Staab for a 90-minute journey of connection, trust, and shared presence. In this Heart-Centered Partner Yoga class, we'll begin with a calming Metta Meditation to cultivate compassion and loving-kindness. From there, we'll flow into a series of assisted stretches inspired by the ancient practice of Thai Massage. We’ll also incorporate balancing postures paired with intentional eye contact, helping you and your partner find greater ease and balance—both on and off the mat.
This class is designed to deepen your bond through breath, mindful movement, and heartfelt connection. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you'll find a welcoming space to unwind, support one another, and create meaningful moments together.
