About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow to release tension, move our bodies, and create space for stillness. This grounding practice will help us settle into the ceremony, connecting to the present moment and preparing our minds, bodies, and spirits for the work ahead.

Next, we will guide you into a peaceful meditation, allowing you to deepen your sense of presence and integration. This moment of stillness will help you center yourself as we move into the sacred cacao ceremony.

In this powerful ritual, we will sip on ceremonial-grade cacao, known for its heart-opening properties, allowing you to deepen your connection to your inner self, the people around you, and the sacredness of the moment. Together, we will create a space of unity and love as we open our hearts to healing.

We will conclude the event with a deeply soothing sound bath. Allow the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls, shruti box, and chimes to wash over you, releasing any remaining tension and bringing you into a state of pure relaxation and balance.

This sacred journey is an invitation to reconnect, heal, and open your heart. Come with an open mind and an open heart, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and in tune with your inner peace.

We offer our deepest gratitude to the original traditions and wisdom keepers from which we are inspired, honoring their sacred practices and heartfelt generosity in sharing this powerful medicine with the world.

With love,
