About this event

Healing Breathwork session online. It will be epic!

As we prepare for your session, I want to share a bit about what happens in breathwork and the benefits it offers.

Breathwork is a powerful practice that can help reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and promote emotional healing. By consciously controlling your breath, you can tap into a deeper state of relaxation and self-awareness, leading to transformative experiences. You will be practicing circular connected breathwork, which is an active breathing method.

To make the most of our time together, please set aside 90 minutes for our upcoming session. This dedicated time will allow you to set an intention, discuss the session in detail, complete the breathwork session and have space for integration afterwards. Please be sure when signing up for this session, you have the dedicated time, and a place where you can be alone to do the session.
