This is a healing method that uses high vibrational energy from the breath to clear the low vibrational charge of disease and restricted cellular memory.
And all you have to do is lay on your floor and breathe. I will guide you step by step on zoom.

Breathing brings essential oxygen into your body, enabling you to thrive. When you're experiencing physical or emotional stress, it can influence your breathing patterns. Breathwork serves as a tool to alleviate stress and restore balance within your body. But how exactly does it work, and what techniques are involved?
Although currently popular, breathwork has ancient roots, with a history spanning thousands of years, particularly in yoga traditions. The core principle of breathwork is to expel toxins and stress with each exhale and to rejuvenate the mind and body with each inhale.
Emerging research highlights several potential health benefits associated with breathwork, including:
- Balancing your blood pH levels
- Reducing inflammation
- Enhancing mood
Breathwork also positively affects the central nervous system. Under stress, your breathing often becomes rapid and shallow, reducing the oxygen in your bloodstream and triggering a fight-or-flight response in the body.
By intentionally slowing and deepening your breath, you signal to your brain that there’s no immediate danger. This allows the brain to inform the body to relax, diminishing the fight-or-flight response and promoting normal bodily functions.
You will have an amazing experience as your body releases that which no longer serves you in such a natural way. Saturating your body with oxygen will help clear negative traumas and emotions from our sympathetic nervous system so you leave calmer, relaxed and connected to a higher power.
We will breath to a music playlist to keep you going as I walk you through techniques and beautiful mantras for your soul.
Breathwork has been studied intensely and has been known to have super powers to relieve many ailments. Try it one time and see.
It will be held Sunday April 13 at 12noonest, 11amcst, 10ammst, 9ampst on zoom. It will be about 90 minutes (or less) but you don't do the breathwork for all of that time. Most of it will be relaxing on the floor and instruction on technique.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE ON THE LIVE. You will receive a 72 hour replay. I cannot record these due to copyrights on the music. So you can potentially do it for 4 days straight!
