Frequently asked questions

What are we going to talk about this week?

Great question! Our discussions will revolve around what's important to our attendees. You can submit topic suggestions to me at sue@pathwaysforwardcoaching.com. I will update the listing early each week so you'll know what the topic(s) of the week are.

Do I need to go to every session?

Nope! While I advocate for folks joining as regularly as possible, there is no requirement that you start at the first session nor do you have to attend every session. We do miss you when you're not there, though!

Sue was diagnosed with ADHD in 1988 but spent years pushing through life’s challenges—dropping out of high school, struggling through college, and burning out in a demanding career. When she finally embraced her ADHD and sought coaching, everything changed. She rediscovered her passion for empowering others and became a certified ADHD coach through the ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA).

Now, Sue leads free group coaching sessions where ADHDers can connect, explore key topics, celebrate wins, and give their busy brains a break with creativity and community.
