Master Bao Thanh will explain how to develop and open the inner-healing energy we all possess so we can be more rooted in compassion. Using the compassion mantra's of That Bao Huyen Mon, and other meditation tools, we will break through blockages and allow the healing energy to flow through our bodies, minds and spirit.​All are welcome.
