Unwind and invite balance in this flowing, gentle yoga class. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a gentle practice suitable for all levels. On Monday nights in the beautiful Tiffany Gallery. Start your week on a positive note.



Note, no class will be held:

Bring your own mat, a journal, and wear comfortable clothing.


Donation-Based Entry
This is a donation-based class that supports the Museum's mission. We created tickets tiered at the levels of 10, 15, and 20. Opting for the higher level tickets makes way for those who can't afford as much. No refunds given on tickets purchased. Thank you.

Previously known as the Arlington Arts Center, the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that enriches community life by connecting the public with contemporary art and artists through exhibitions, education programs, and an artists-in-residence program. Located at 3550 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA, the museum is open Wed.-Sun. 12-5pm. The museum has free on-site parking, is easy to reach by metro and bus, and is accessible.
