Join us for a bike ride that's all about spring and the beauty of California's native plants! We'll visit a number of private homes in Central, North and East Pasadena where the front yards feature native landscaping.
Meet at Playhouse Village Park, 701 Union Street, in Pasadena. You must sign a waiver when you arrive. Be sure to bring water and sunscreen!
As of March 25, the route hasn't been finalized, but it will be 12-13 miles with 300-400 feet of elevation. This is a family-friendly event. Kids are welcome as long as they can ride a bike without training wheels and maintain a social pace around 10 MPH. No one will be dropped.
This event is free for participants, but if you'd like to join us for a picnic, please bring a bag lunch. RSVP's are required as we need a good head-count and space is limited. All participants should bring a bike in good working order (e-bikes are welcome). There will be a mechanic on the ride.
