Come join PFH for a camping weekend in the Delaware Water Gap from July 11 – 13.
Meet us at the Dingman’s Ferry campground on the 11th and then begin the paddle from the Ferry twenty-six (26) miles camping one night through to Smithfield beach.
Our team made this trip last year and it was amazing! We found a small brook and went about one-mile into the woods, drank fresh water, and had lunch on the rocks.
This event is semi-inclusive and includes:
- One night of camping at the Dingman’s Ferry Campground
- Registration to camp with the National Park Service
- Pre-float car shuttle from the campground to pull-out and back
- A $20 allotment for parking
On-Water Inclusions:
- Kayaks, paddle, and PFDs
- Food and provisions
- An agreed upon set of rehydrated meals and snacks
- An agreed upon camp dinner and continental breakfast
- 2 Gallons of water per paddler / Access to water filtration
Paddlers should bring:
- Small footprint tents or hammocks
- Sleeping bags or field blankets
- Appropriate clothing (to be discussed in pre-camp Zoom meetings)

- ACA Insurance and Guide - $20 (weekend rate)
- Food, water, supplies - $50 (budget per person)
- Kayaks, Paddles, PFD -$35 (weekend rate)
