What are Women's Circles?
Women have been gathering in circles since the beginning of time, to share stories, gather knowledge, recharge and support one another.
Circle gatherings offer a supportive space for women to come together, allowing an opportunity for the celebration of sacred rites-of-passage, to share in collective wisdom, and to join in peace and joy as sisters.
In circle, women can show up as they are, dropping the masks at the door and just simply be who they are at their core. There are no expectations to do or be any particular way – it’s a judgement free zone, a space where you can drop into your body and really nourish your heart and soul.
How do I know if Women’s Circles are my thing?
- Are you craving community and connection with like-minded women?
- Do you want a place where you can share stories, wisdom and learn from fellow sisters?
- Are you feeling called to infuse more mindfulness and intention into your self care practices?
- Do you want to be less in your head, and more in your body?
- Is your mind, body and soul asking to be seen, heard and held by your sisterhood?
- Do you want to nurture your inner child by adding more creativity into your everyday life?
If you answered YES to any of the above, then womens circles are for you sister!
You might be wondering "What can I except when I attend a Women's Circle"?
- Each circle will have a specific theme – depending on the type of circle and the season/cycle we are moving through in the year;
- Before beginning our circle we will outline the circle agreements to acknowledge and honour the sacredness of circle medicine, and create a space where each sister feels safe to be vulnerable and express her authentic self;
- We will open our circle with herbal tea and a grounding activity such as a guided visualisation/meditation to relax everyone into the space;
- Various rituals related to the circle topic will be incorporated, including journal prompts to encourage deeper exploration and craft activities to inspire creativity;
- There will be ample time for sharing stories, wisdom and general chatting about anything and everything to do with womanhood;
- All sisters will be encouraged to speak from the heart, be open to diverse points of view, and listen deeply without offering advice;
- All feelings are welcome in circle, and we hold space for all expressions to flow.
We will spend roughly 2 hours together in circle. Each circle will be held in my home space in Grange, North Brisbane. The energetic exchange is $44 or $40 each when you bring a sister along with you (send me an email for a discount code).
Please note that this exchange is non-refundable, as a seat in circle is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel due to extenuating circumstances, please get in contact as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Frequently asked questions
There is absolutely no prior circle experience necessary. Every sister will attend her first circle at some point – and I aim to create a warm and welcoming space for all.
Babies in arms (under 6 months) are very welcome to join us in circle, just let me know if you will be bringing your little one along. This age restriction for infants is for safety as there will be open flames and boiling tea present, which is difficult to navigate with little people on the move.
I encourage you to send me a message before booking if you are wanting to bring pre-teens/teenagers along to gauge whether the circle theme is appropriate for younger ages. This is also in the interest of supporting all women in circle to have an amazing time :)
I provide a comfortable space to sit, craft supplies and light refreshments for all sisters in attendance. I do ask however that you bring along a water bottle, journal and pen, and whatever other comfort measures you may require (eg. a throw/blanket when the weather is cooler).
Yes, I try my very best to accomodate all provided allergens/dietary restrictions (eg. coeliac, nut free, vegan). Please ensure to communicate whether your requirements are restrictions or allergens so that I may use appropriate precautions when preparing food.
Absolutely you can - in fact most women who attend my circles come by themselves and walk away with a group of new women to call friends. You are always welcome to bring along a sister though and you will receive a cheeky discount (send me a message to grab your discount code).
