• ✨ Upon arrival to check in attendees receive a healing crystal to keep and a seashell for the shoreline release ritual + If winds permit a smudge clearing.
• ✨ Settling into our marked spaces to ensure a comfortable amount of room and become one with the sacred embrace of nature.
• ✨ Enjoy gentle somatic movements and soothing breathwork, as you tune into March's Full moon eclipse energy while listening to sacred music melodies, mantras, and celestial insights.
• ✨ Allow the force to flow with pranayama and guided meditations.
• ✨ Journey inward with a transformational multi-layered sound healing experience with crystal healing bowls, handpan, bells, and CG Waves, as well as the pure ocean by the shore, and receive soothing frequencies designed to recalibrate & restore to your natural resonance.
• ✨ Be empowered to let go of all that no longer serves you, with a seashell release ritual by the shore.
• ✨ Reiki healing, Akasha & Oracle readings are available all night ( pay separately )
• ✨ Stay after the release, byo picnic to enjoy under the stars or connect with community.

This is a judgment-free, non-competitive healing space with a beautiful community! Movements and teachings are guided but not required. The teachers will use a high-quality sound system for everyone to listen with ease.

All levels & newbies are welcome to join. Quiet service animals only.

It is dark at night, small children must stay safe with adults and honor quiet time during meditation.

➳ PLEASE PLAN FOR EXTRA TIME: travel to the beachside, park, check-in, and extra time after class to enjoy moon gazing, or byo picnic for a moonlight night on the sand. Or head down the block to all the restaurants and entertainment. Plan to be with us for 90 minutes.

✧ WHAT TO BRING? : Wear layers! Evenings are cool on the beach. Large beach towel, or better is blanket for a wider coverage over sand. Yummy blanket to cover up for meditation. Yoga mat is NOT needed for this event. Water to drink, and/ or picnic if you're staying after class.

Something to protect your items from sea mist / rain, or an extra towel if you dip into the ocean.

We will have AMBER lighting on the beach during the event. If you're planning to stay afterward, byo AMBER light, or enjoy the moonlight. *it s turle nest season. No white lights on beach.

EASY & CENTRALLY LOCATED ON LAUDERDALE BEACH: Between NE 9th Street ( Lifeguard Stand #13 ) & Vistamar St (Lifeguard Stand #12 ) ( MOON EVENTS are closer to Vistamar st )

This is a wide open - quiet area - with no crowded beach chairs and plenty of metered parking if your driving! Down the block from all major hotels and resorts, small food shops, bars, and convenience stores are at NE 9th st and hotels start one block south at Belmar..

LOOK FOR COLORFUL PRAYER FLAGS & LIGHTS on the beach.

870 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 - for driving towards the area.

✧ PARKING OPTIONS : plenty of hourly metered & free

-> Fastest: 1) Across the street from class, we have plenty of street parking with hourly meters at NE 9th St, Vistamar St & surrounding beachside streets.

2) Paid valet parking is available at hotels.

-> Free: 1) All-day free parking just a couple blocks west of the beach ( *near our main beach location) there are a few streets a couple blocks west of the beach - drive west on Vistamar St and pass the metered streets till you see the open streets with no meters on Vistamar st, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr. They have empty lots with free parking around them. Parking in this area is a 5-minute walk to our main beach location.

2) Galleria Mall area on the mainland. On the west side of Sunrise Blvd bridge, are areas around the mall with free parking. Walking from this area to our main beach locations is 15 minutes.

✧ WEATHER:

We are on the beach! We watch the by-the-hour forecasts and radar for OUR location rather than the daily forecast. Conditions at our location can be very different than other sides of town. If the weather is iffy at our location, we will make a special announcement on our alerts tab on the website's home page. If the event is canceled, it will be announced at least 60 minutes before unless there is an unforeseen emergency.

Bring a towel or water-resistant cover. Sea mist or light rain can happen during the event and you may want to dip your toes or take a dip in the ocean under the moon.
