About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session in the heart of Harlem! The Kota Alliance is an organization promoting gender equality and the empowerment of women. Our weekly event offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, all women (including trans women and nonbinary individuals) are welcome to participate. The classes are held at the beautiful Kota Nest, providing a serene and welcoming environment for all attendees.

We always do our best to accommodate walk-ins, even if the class is fully booked on Eventbrite! Please feel free to attend even if you haven't been able to sign up.

Date: Every Saturday

Time: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Location: The Kota Alliance

Don't miss out on this opportunity to unwind, stretch, and connect with your inner self. Bring a friend or come solo - either way, you're sure to leave feeling refreshed and energized. See you on the mat!

Our yoga classes will be led by yoga instructor Diana Diaz. Ms Diaz teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for Harlem Wellness Center. She is also a founding member of IYINY’s Racial Diversity and Anti-Discrimination Committee.
