Don't have a mat? We got extra. Don't have time? Neither do we. Got a jam packed Saturday? You are welcome in your jeans, pajamas, or brunchy best as we invite you to just be for about 30 minutes. All ages and abilities welcome. Community tea time after yoga serving free chai made from true tea leaves grown by Mississippi Tea Company.

I have never done yoga. Will this be a class for me?

Absolutely! This is not about super stretchy bendy and no prior experience necessary. LeNell will guide you along the way with clear instruction.

I am a senior that can't get on the ground. Are there chair options?

We have had seniors come and feel comfortable participating from a chair. You can bring your own folding chair or use one of our chairs.

What do I wear?

Anything! Yoga clothing has become big business in the USA, but no one needs fancy stretchy pants to enjoy our time together.

Will you have alternative milk available for the chai?

Yes, we will have grass fed organic dairy as well as nut/seed milk alternatives.
