About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

In this circle, we’ll honor what’s been lost, tend to what remains, and be held in a space where your grief is met with compassion. Our time together will include:

A grounding ritual, meditation, reflection and prompts, and an optional opportunity to share your sorrow, your love, and your story.

For a soulful experience, find a comfortable place within your home that is as private as possible. Select your favorite candle and other meaningful items that you can surround yourself with - including your favorite journal, your favorite cup of tea or something to sip on, photos and other mementos if that speaks to you. This is your time to be with both the grief and the love that you carry.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to share during the circle?

Not at all. Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to simply listen, reflect quietly, or observe from the comfort of your own space. There is never any pressure to speak - only a gentle invitation to be present with yourself and others.

Will the session be recorded?

Yes. This circle will be recorded, and I’ll send the replay to everyone who registers. If you’re unable to attend live, you’ll still receive the full experience and can move through it in your own time.

How long is the gathering?

The circle is UP TO 90 minutes in length and begins at 6:30 PM Central Time via Zoom, depending on engagement and the number of people attending. You’re encouraged to arrive a few minutes early to settle into the space and begin in a grounded way.

Is this a therapy session?

No, this is not a therapy session and is not intended as a substitute for professional mental health care. This is a peer support circle, held in a sacred and compassionate container.

How much does it cost?

This offering is free. I share these circles as an act of community care, to help hold space for those navigating the tender days with gentleness, connection, and compassion.

Will the session be recorded?

Yes. I record each Tender Days Grief Circle and send the replay to everyone who registers.

Can I keep my camera off during the circle?

I do gently encourage participants to be on camera, if possible. Seeing one another’s faces helps create a sense of connection and sacred presence.
