Join us for a free 6 mile silent meditation hike in the Cuyamaca mountains! All Trails considers this a moderate hike, there is a 12oo ft elevation gain. We will meet one mile north of Green Valley Campground at the Harvey Moore trailhead.
In addition to two meditation breaks, mid-way through the hike, we'll get a chance to chat in a lovely picnic setting (bring your favorite packed lunch and plenty of water) Please note that parking is $10 cash.
After the hike, enjoy some complimentary hot chocolate and music. Please bring something to sit on unless you prefer being on the ground.
