St. Patrick's Day Weekend
St. Patrick's Day weekend is one of the most fun times of year to be in Chicago! Looking for a St. Patrick's Day plan during your stay in Chicago? Come make friends with locals and visitors alike on West Town Social Club's host-guided St. Patrick's Day Late Afternoon/Evening Crawl on Saturday, March 15th.
Come join Alan V for an informative walking tour of downtown Chicago! This 2.5 hour tour will cover the history of downtown Chicago from its founding to the present, the city's architecture, as well as modern marvels.
Highlights include:
- Navy Pier
- Chicago Riverwalk
- Millennium Park
- Printer's Row
- ...and more!
Following the tour, we'll have a happy hour at Emerald Loop. Every individual donation to the guide of at least $10 in-person or $5 upon registration will get attendees entered into a raffle for a free drink! Additional raffle tickets will be given for each donation in $5 increments beyond $10 (i.e. 2 raffle tickets for $15 donation, 3 for $20 donation, etc).
About Alan V:
Alan is an Illinois native and a former Chicago Public Schools teacher who holds a bachelor of arts degree in history and masters degree in education. He has lived on the North, South, and West Sides of Chicago, as well as downtown. Alan is the organizer and founder of West Town Social Club, an organization which curated events for local Chicagoans and visitors alike who want to make new friends. Additionally, Alan is an experienced traveler who has been to every continent not named Antarctica.
