Forest Bathing is best described as a slow, relaxing sensory journey designed to calm the body and mind and to deepen our relationship with ourselves and the more-than-human beings who share our common home. Throughout our brief time together, you will be encouraged to open your senses, physical and intuitive alike, and to feel how being immersed in the forest reconnects us to the spirit of the divine.
Once we've finished our walk and have returned the farmhouse, you will have the opportunity to share your own reflections and listen to the reflections of other participants over light refreshments and herbal tea.
