About this event

We’ve gotten guidance from the food & fitness workbook, videos, and classes. Now, let’s address any lingering struggles, work toward maintaining healthy eating habits, and stick with an active lifestyle, so we can continue to enjoy optimal health.

Through a series of reflections and writing exercises, we’ll:

  • Reflect on the highs and lows of the month.
  • Consider feasible resolutions to healthy lifestyle barriers.
  • Create an action plan to do even better.

Then, we’ll chat about our food & fitness journeys, and one or more of the following topics:

  • Grocery shopping
  • Eating out
  • Adding new, healthy flavors
  • Staying active with an injury
  • Exercise during inclement weather

We’ll meet via Zoom so that everyone can attend from the comfort of their own home. The zoom link will be sent with your ticket.

How to get more bang for your buck:

You’ll get the most bang for your buck by becoming a support group member, since you’ll also get access to Monthly Challenges to boost your progress, an Ask me Anything space for 24-7 advice, and this monthly Virtual Gathering, which is included in your Food & Fitness Support Group Membership.

All are welcome:

This group is geared toward those who have completed their Back to Basics Foos & Fitness workbook, watched the food & fitness YouTube videos, attended the other food & fitness classes in this collection, and/or are members of our online chat community. That way, attendees have already covered the basics, and can get the most out of their monthly support group meetings. Even still, these helpful prerequisites are in no way mandatory, so all are always welcome.

More like this:

This is one of many online gatherings to support your full holistic health journey. For more gatherings like this, view the full list of other support groups, and the full list of classes.

When eating particularly healthy, and staying more active than most, it’s a joyous rare gem when you cross paths with people who can truly relate. So, it’s always good to stay connected with likeminded, supportive people when you find them. I hope to see you there during our next gathering.

Until then, keep thriving!
