Quiet the inner critic and shift from overthinking to deep presence.
Let go of control and allow your nervous system to soften into flow.
Release stored tension from pushing too hard for too long.
Rewire patterns of self-doubt so you can move forward with ease.

This is not about pushing through or forcing breakthroughs. It’s about learning to trust the wisdom of your breath—to find flow instead of force, self-compassion instead of self-judgment.

We're not just talking breathe in, breathe out - we're talking FLOW Breathwork. We're getting into a super potent 3-part breathwork that activates the body's energy centers, supports releasing stored emotions, and deepens your connection to self. Once our bodies are activated, ground down with a short and sweet sound bath with crystal alchemy bowls to help the regulate the nervous system.

We'll open the space with a chat on manifestation, check in on our energy, and get into breathwork! Invite a friend to come manifest with you!

What to expect: This will be a full breathing class and here are some tips to experience your first flow breathwork session.

It is recommended not to eat 1-2 hours prior to breathwork.
Wear clothing you can move in.
You may feel emotional, mental, and energetic releases through the session. Come with an open mind & heart.
Bring water, a journal, yoga mat, blanket, and other cozy items to support your session.
Stay for the duration of the session.
There will be no late entries as breathwork requires important instructions in the beginning.

This session is not recommended for folks who are pregnant, have a history of heart or breathing conditions, or those with blood conditions.
