We are excited to invite you to our next Wine Dinner at Courtyard by Marriott! Our guest speaker, Tom Simpson, founder of Pearl Lake Distributors LLC, has been dedicated to bringing exceptional wines from small producers around the world to New England since 1999. Beyond wine, he enjoys hiking in the White Mountains and traveling with his wife, Rosalind. Join us for an evening of great wines and stories!

Delicate phyllo pastry filled with creamy Brie and raspberry, finished with a luscious blueberry balsamic reduction.

First Course: Italian Crab Cakes

Second Course: Traeger Smoked Beef Flatbread
Tender, lightly smoked pulled beef smothered in house-made BBQ sauce, served on a toasted flatbread with chipotle chive crème and topped with crispy Applewood smoked bacon bits.
