Family Album - Movie Screening & Reception

Come join us for a special screening of the Peruvian film "Family Album" at Cinema Arts Centre in Huntington, New York. (Long Island)

Alex will soon become a father. In a storage room, he discovers deeply disturbing family photographs. Some suggest his mother’s marital infidelity; others indicate his father, a retired officer, was involved in various acts of violence. Alex’s investigation leads him to a town devastated years before by the violence of the Internal Armed Conflict, where he uncovers his true and intricate family album.

The film stars Emanuel Soriano, Maria Fernanda Valera, Camila Ferrer.

Director Joel Calero will attend this screening and will host a Q&A at the conclusion of the film.

Free Peruvian food and drinks will be served to ticketholders before the screening beginning at 7:15pm.
