Fair Housing CE Class - Women’s Council of Realtors - Great Boston/Central

Join us in April for National Fair Housing Month! We will be hosting an online Fair Housing CE Class taught on Zoom by Anita Hill, Andrew Marquis from CrossCountry Mortgage and Andy Schwartz from Crowley & Cummings.

The class will cover:

· The various Fair Housing Laws, Regulations, and Practices to better assist the real estate agent in offering equal professional services to all in their search for housing.

· Definitions and implications of the various protected classes

· Understand the impact of implicit bias and disparate impact on their behavior and activities.

· Discuss the practical aspect of meeting the legal requirements, including the importance of establishing systematic business practices.
