Join us for a deeply reflective journey into the ancient art of yoga and the expression of your unique energetic imprint. In this immersive workshop, Andi will guide you through a somatic yoga experience designed to bring you into deep connection with your multidimensional self. Through movement, breath, and meditative awareness, you’ll cultivate a practice of tuning into your own energy and the divine spark within.
Following the yoga session, Millie Rose will lead you in an intuitive Energy Mapping practice, using creative expression as a tool for integration. This process allows you to visually capture the essence of your energy, bringing deeper awareness and insight into your personal journey.
No prior experience necessary—just an open heart and a curiosity to explore your inner world. Come as you are and leave with a deeper understanding of your energy, a unique piece of aura art, and practices to continue tuning in beyond the workshop.
