About this event

We’ve gotten guidance from the emotions & relationships workbook, videos, and classes. Now, let’s address any lingering struggles, and work toward maintaining healthy boundaries, so we can continue to enjoy stable emotions & healthy relationships.

Through a series of reflections and writing exercises, we’ll:

  • Reflect on the highs and lows of the month.
  • Consider feasible resolutions to interactions gone wrong.
  • Create an action plan to do even better.

Then, we’ll chat about our healthy relationships journeys, and one or more of the following topics:

  • Positive self-talk.
  • Toxicity in us.
  • Boundaries in a subordinate role.
  • Blocking the return of toxic offenders.
  • Relationships we can’t control.

We’ll meet via Zoom so that everyone can attend from the comfort of their own home. The zoom link will be sent with your ticket.

How to get more bang for your buck:

You’ll get the most bang for your buck by becoming a support group member, since you’ll also get access to Monthly Challenges to boost your progress, Ask me Anything for 24-7 advice, and this monthly Virtual Gathering, which is included in your Emotions & Relationships Support Group Membership.

All are welcome:

This group is geared toward those who have completed their Healthy Emotions & Relationships workbook, watched the emotions & relationships YouTube videos, attended the other emotions & relationships classes in this collection, and/or are members of our online chat community. That way, attendees have already covered the basics, and can get the most out of their monthly support group meetings. Even still, these helpful prerequisites are in no way mandatory, so all are always welcome.

Finding a healthy way to handle relationships often means going against the grain, so it’s helpful to have lots of support as you enforce your relationship boundaries, and work toward healthier emotions. I hope to see you there during our next gathering.
