On March 31, 1990, the Patapsco River (MD) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated lauched a legacy of friendship in and service to Baltimore County. The Emerald Brunch will honor the Chapter's 35th Anniversary and we invite you to celebrate of our enduring commitment to community service, friendship, and empowering Baltimore County.

This occasion will feature:


  • NEW: A live jazz performance featuring artist Joi Carter!
  • Recognition of our esteemed Charter Members, whose vision and dedication laid the foundation for 35 years of success.
  • Acknowledgment of the outstanding contributions of community service providers who have positively impacted countless lives.
  • A celebration of our scholarship programs and initiatives that continue to create opportunities and foster growth.

The Patapsco River Chapter of the Links, Incorporated, chartered on March 31, 1990, promotes The Links, Incorporated's program facets in the spirit of friendship in Baltimore County.
