Based out of Point Reyes Station and founded over fifteen years ago by award-winning singer songwriter Giovanni DiMorente and a group of lifelong friends, El Radio Fantastique has been described as dark alternative pop, as well as "a cinematic, genre-bending band that defies classification." DiMorente's fascination with the intersection of the broken and beautiful is evident in his soulful, haunting lyrics and the band's catchy, mysterious, driving sound. With four alternating lead singers (DiMorente, bass player Colin Schlitt, cellist phenom Regina Caldarella, and violin virtuoso Jamie Kuhn) at the helm and guitarist Jim Cucuzzella, keyboardist Sky Nelson, and drummer Gene Fisher rounding out the group, El Radio Fantastique offers a captivating, juxtaposing, iconic performance that endlessly entices the audience.
