We will meditate for approximately 15-20 minutes. Then we will take a moment to reflect and journal for 5 minutes. Lastly, we will discuss the plants, animals, and indigenous lifestyles.

We will walk for about 15 minutes in nature to the hiking site.

Take A Nature Walk Back To The Starting Location

We will walk through a nature trail as we observe and reflect. We will stop at a designated area to release anything heavy in our hearts. We will let go of anything that no longer serves us.

During this guided tour, customers will receive a transformative experience immersed in nature. The tour includes a calming guided meditation led by an experienced teacher, and a hike up a beautiful mountain surrounded by real sage plants to cleanse inner chaos. Lastly, participants will embark on a quiet nature walk to release inner pain to Mother Nature, leaving them feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Guided Meditation: To start the tour, we’ll take a moment to pause and rejuvenate to the sounds of water in a stunning area. Here, you can participate in a guided meditation session led by experienced guide Sunni, who has a deep connection with meditation, nature, and serenity, participants will benefit from her eight years of meditation experience. This tranquil experience is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the natural world.

Mountain: Next, we will head to the mountains. The hike takes approximately 1 hour. This mountain climb is beginner-friendly; no additional equipment is needed. People of all fitness levels, from 10-year-old children to 70-year-old women, have climbed this mountain. We will take 3 mindful breaks for rest, breathing, and photo opportunities. The mountain views are breathtaking, and you will surely feel the energy of nature.

Nature Walk: After the mountain hike, participants will go on a 1.2-mile nature walk back to the starting location, providing an opportunity for reflection and absorbing the natural energy. The walking path provides pure calmness, silence, and love. We will finalize the tour with light and flowy vibes as we let go of any heavy energies in our bodies.

Things to know: There are two different tour times you can choose from, 7 am and 12 pm. The necessity of punctuality due to group departure times is crucial, and the opportunity for personal photographs at designated spots throughout the tour is also highlighted for the customers' convenience and enjoyment. If you are running more than 5 minutes late please communicate with the tour guide.

Meeting Instructions: We will meet in front of the visitor's center ENTRANCE (not at the actual visitors center.) I will have on a white top that says "frequency tours." Please feel free to use the contact information for any immediate inquiries.

What’s included: Each participant will receive a thoughtfully equipped light backpack filled with all the essentials for a successful day in nature. You'll find water bottles, sanitizer, a notepad journal, and a pen inside. The tour guide will always have a first aid kit with her.

What’s not included: Sunscreen, food, and gratuities.

What is the tour length?

What is the tour difficulty?

It depends on each individual. If you are not very active, it may be difficult at times, but it's nothing you can't push through. Sunni is very supportive. Slowing down will never be a problem. :)

Will I need hiking gear?

No, it's not needed but recommended for older participants. Just some sturdy, comfortable tennis shoes will do.

How is the parking?

Parking is fairly easy and free. Just pull into the visitor's parking lot on the left-hand side close to the signs that say visitor's center.

What about transportation?

We recommend driving, taking an Uber, or Lyft to the location. There is no access to public transportation.

Why do we meet so early?

The earlier the better for tranquility and tuning into nature. We will have a more relaxed meditation practice. We will also avoid sun exposure which can be extreme when hiking. Remember this is self-love time for you. There is also a noon tour for the late bloomers.

Are kids allowed?

Unfortunately, no. As much as we love kids, they may distract the other participants.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds. Once the tour is booked the time is allocated to you. You will be able to rebook within 30 days. Tours canceled by the tour operator will be refunded 100%. Tours may be subject to change due to extreme weather or unsafe conditions.
