Join Mid Hudson Chapter of Trout Unlimted for a cleanup at Wappingers Creek from 9 AM to 12 PM for the 14th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep. This is a rain or shine event.
Volunteers will meet at 1540 Main Street, Pleasant Valley, NY 12569. Park in the parking lot at the Village Restaurant & Pancake Factory, as far from the restaurant entrance as possible.
We recommend that all Sweep volunteers bring a hat, sunscreen, a full reusable water bottle, insect repellent, work gloves and hand sanitizer. Wear long pants and shirt to avoid ticks & poison ivy. Bring gloves.
This site is suitable for elementary-aged children with adult supervision.
