Join us for an exciting in-person event where you can explore the rich history and stunning architecture of Downtown Long Beach! Led by knowledgeable tour guides, you'll stroll through the vibrant streets and learn about the unique buildings that make up this historic area. The tour will start at 185 E 3rd Street (at the Recreation in Long Beach Mural) so be sure to arrive on time to begin your architectural adventure. On the 3rd Saturday of each month, explore the diversity of Downtown Long Beach, where old and new development come together to create a vibrant urban neighborhood. Learn about the growth of one of California’s largest cities and discover buildings from every decade of the 20th-century that contribute to its unique character. The tour includes historic landmarks such as the The Insurance Exchange Building, Farmers & Merchant Bank, The Willmore, First National Bank, the Pyschic Temple, and more!
