Spend time learning about the processes and regulations that guide the work in serving WSDOT's underutilized DBE firms.

TOPIC:

Diversity Management and Compliance System (DMCS) & Project Closeout

Learn about WSDOT's tracking and compliance system which tracks payments to all firms, enables subcontractors to verify payments, shows participation of diverse firms, and assists with prompt pay compliance.

You will also learn about the audit process and the roles the prime and subcontractors play in ensuring there are no discrepancies during the project, along with steps to take before project closeout.
