Dialogue Toward Ending Racism (DTER) is a guided discussion group that meets for 7 weeks in 2-hour sessions. Trained facilitators explore the history & causes of racism & bias along with ways to combat them. It’s a safe space to talk frankly and listen to the experiences of others. Lasting friendships often develop!
