About the Workshop Leader: Alison Milioto knows what it takes to be a small business owner because she is one herself. Alison, co-founder and co-owner of BlueLion LLC, an HR consulting firm, brings nearly a decade of HR and operations experience, along with a Master's in Business from UNH. She specializes in helping small business owners navigate employment law, develop benefits packages, and solve employee challenges. Outside the office, Alison enjoys exploring the outdoors, hiking with her dog Kona, and embracing adventures like snowmobiling and mountain biking.
