Welcome to Dedicated Dads!

Please join us on Wednesday 21st May 2025 at 6:00 PM for our monthly meet up where all Dads/Father figures are welcome. This month we will be discussing Anxiety, what is anxiety in ourselves and children/young people, why is anxiety helpful and unhelpful and strategies and tools to support your child/young person to manage their Anxieties.

Our monthly meet ups support Dads to learn more about emotional wellbeing in children and young people. The sessions also provide a space for fellow Dads to connect and share experiences and advice.

Refreshments will be provided.

Please note your child must be attending a Havering school to be able to join.

Unfortunately, this event is for Dads only and we are unable to accommodate for children to attend.

Havering Emotional Support Team (HEST) is a service designed to help meet the emotional wellbeing needs of children and young people in education settings.

HEST are currently providing monthly online parent workshops, which are available to all parents/carers who have a child attending a Havering school. Each month we focus on a different topic related to children's emotional wellbeing.

HEST are also offering monthly face-to-face meet ups for Dads/Father figures in Havering to provide a space for Dads to learn about children's emotional wellbeing and share experiences.
